At PawAble, we know how important your pet is to you—and we want to get their support gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

🚚 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

🌍 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide!
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected service, but generally range from 7–21 business days.

  • Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • Note: Some international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance or local postal service conditions.

🐾 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
You can also track your order directly on our Order Tracking page.

🛑 Delays & Exceptions

We do our best to ship on time, but delays can occur due to:

  • High order volumes during holidays
  • Weather or natural events
  • Carrier or customs delays

📬 Wrong Address or Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us right away so we can assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement when possible.
